Here's what's next for my solo show, The Princess Strikes Back: One Woman's Search for the Space Cowboy of her Dreams! It will be in the Theatre Crude Virtual Fringe Festival! If you don't yet feel safe coming out in person, and you missed our live-streamed world premiere, THIS IS FOR YOU!!! There are two ways to watch. First, you can tune in to the Pay What You Can Theatre Crude Premiere on October 4 at 8:30 PM CST, and hang out after, because I'll be logging on to do a Q&A! OR you can stream the show at your convenience at any time Oct 5 - 31. You get access to the show by buying any Fringe Pass. If you only want access to virtual shows, the pass is only $5, + Pay What You Can to each individual artist's donation link. If you do tune in to any of the shows, please donate to the artist, even a few dollars! It's the only way we get paid! And stay tuned for more in-person and virtual shows in 2022!

I am so excited that my solo show, The Princess Strikes Back: One Woman's Search for the Space Cowboy of her Dreams had it's world premiere this past weekend! I started workshopping stories for this show over two years ago, I had to put it on hold during the pandemic, and was finally able to produce the fully-staged show this Summer! I'll be adding clips to the show page on this website, and will be announcing future performance dates as they are confirmed. Stay tuned!
I am playing Montague/Apothecary in Accidental Shakespeare Company's production of Romeo & Juliet! This production was originally scheduled for Summer 2020, and after postponing it several times, we did it all over zoom! Iris Sowlat's adaptation re-imagines Shakespeare's greatest love story in a uniquely queer, contemporary Chicago during the 2020 pandemic. Accidental Shakespeare will release the full production in five weekly episodes beginning Saturday, May 15. All episodes will remain on YouTube to be viewed anytime. It's the world's greatest love story for the world's longest year! CLICK HERE FOR DETAILS
May the fourth be with you! I spent Star Wars Day hosting a storytelling show! We had an incredible turnout and raised over $500! The funds were split half being divided between the performers, and half going to fund my solo show. Thanks to this event, The Princess Strikes Back is now fully funded AND I got to showcase some fantastic stories! Love & Star Wars featured:
Dr. Edith Gonzalez
Jeffrey L. Stein
Hosted by: Victoria Montalbano
It was such a fun night, also super exhausting!
After being delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I was finally able to have a digital staged reading of my solo show, live-streamed from my apartment! We had a fantastic turnout, and it was WONDERFUL to have an audience! This also served as our first fundraiser for production costs, and we raised over $700! Thank you to everyone who attended and donated!
I am so excited to announce that I have received an Individual Artist Support grant from the Illinois Arts Council Association! The IACA will pay for 75% of the budget of my solo show, The Princess Strikes Back: One Woman's Search for the Space Cowboy of her Dreams. This will cover the theatre rental, the videographer, and streaming costs!
