ABOUT ME
"Playing the twin servants — the child-like, innocent Dromios brothers — [Stroud] and Montalbano are fine comediennes who frequently steal their scenes."

Hi! I am a Chicago-based actress, solo performer, and recovering improvisor! I write, produce and perform one-person shows that I tour on the Fringe Festival Circuit. My first show, The Princess Strikes Back: One Woman's Search for the Space Cowboy of her Dreams has been touring to critical acclaim since 2021. Look for the world premiere of my next show, Timey Wimey Stuff: The Mid-Life Crisis of a Time Traveling Space Archaeologist in Chicago in Winter 2025! CURRENT TOUR DATES
I think there should be more information out there about self-producing and touring, so look for my workshops, Self-Producing 101, So You Want to Fringe, and my storytelling workshop, Storytelling for Performers. I teach all these over zoom for Pay What You Can registration. WORKSHOP INFO
I am 100% theatre kid and have a degree in Acting from Syracuse University, where I spent a semester studying at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre in London. If you scour the internet, you can find my appearances in several short films and comedy webseries. If you work in the healthcare field, you can see my wonderful commercial work where I step onto a scale! Despite the glamour of the commercial world, you can mostly find me doing live performance. In Chicago, you've seen me at Redtwist Theatre, Pegasus Theatre Chicago, and PrideArts, among others. I was part of the improv team Plus-Prov at iO Chicago, which was made up of entirely plus-size women. As a solo performer, I have been featured at Story Club Chicago, Universal Sound, We Have Questions, Pour One Out, and more.
Selected Theatre Credits: Twelfth Night (Olivia), The Comedy of Errors (Dromio of Syracuse), Arms and the Man (Louka), Tony & Tina's Wedding (Donna/Sr. Terry), Rogers & Hammerstein's Cinderella (Stepmother), Much Ado About Nothing (Ursula/Verges), and Six Degrees of Separation (U/S Ouisa/Kitty). Film: Cancel this Movie (Supporting), Cupid's Chokehold (Supporting). TV/New Media: Apartment 101 (Recurring Guest Star), Chi-Nannigans (Co-Star), and The Studio (Co-Star).

"I can NOT sing the praises of Victoria enough! My child got into her performing arts program of choice and I truly believe it was due to Victoria coaching her. My child said she expected to just read over and over again, but Ms. Montalbano didn't do that. Ms. M broke things down into parts and made her 'pull out stuff' that she didn't know she had inside her. She said it made so much more sense to do it Ms. M's way. She wasn't sure at first, but as the lessons went on, she knew she was growing as a performer." |
